Black Country Land and Property Investment Fund Evaluation

Steer ED have been commissioned by Black Country Consortium to undertake an Evaluation of the Black Country’s Land and Property Investment Fund (LPIF). The LPIF’s objective is to de-risk private sector investment in brownfield sites locally to overcome viability gaps, in response to the challenging context for physical regeneration in the Black Country. The Fund is focused on delivering high-quality employment and residential land to enable jobs and GVA growth. Steer ED’s is focused on Phase 1 of the LPIF’s investments and will take place over the next 18 months.
