Business options advice for a commercial property developer

SDG Economic Development has been appointed recently by Bruntwood Properties Ltd to provide advice on those geographies where Bruntwood might focus future attention. Bruntwood Properties Ltd are a commercial property developer, active across the UK.

The work involves three components:

• Detailed socio-economic analyses of possible market locations, these involving both absolute and comparative assessments of identified places. 

• Formal supply/demand work in these locations to identify specific market opportunities for Bruntwood’s product.

• Guidance and support to Bruntwood’s Head of Strategy (and the wider Management Board) as to the choices and options emerging going forward.

The work is being led by Simon Pringle from SDG Economic Development’s Manchester office. He is working closely with Jessica Bowles, Head of Strategy at Bruntwood. Simon and Jessica have worked closely over several years, most recently in the delivery of the Independent Economic Review of the Northern Powerhouse.
