New appointment: Daniel Burke joins SDG Economic Development
SDG Economic Development is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Burke, who joins the firm’s Manchester office as an Assistant Consultant.
Daniel is a research consultant with three years’ experience of helping clients achieve their strategic ambitions by providing sound research and analytical support, often as part of wider strategic studies. Prior to joining SDG Economic Development, he worked as a consultant for economic development consultancy ekosgen, and before that for multinational corporations Addleshaw Goddard and KPMG in their respective risk consulting divisions.
Daniel has recent experience in supporting local government and private sector clients operating across the Infrastructure, Transport and Property domains. He has undertaken an impressive number of studies exploring places, sectors, and labour/skills markets, the supply/demand relationships in these markets, and the potentials for increased productivity and wider growth.
At SDG Economic Development, Daniel will work across the range of the practice’s integrated economic development activity.
Simon Pringle, Director at Steer Economic Development, said “We are delighted to have Daniel join us. It is great to have his knowledge of Manchester and the wider Northern economies to add to our existing knowledge base”.
