Supporting ID Manchester through the ‘Detailed Dialogue’ phase

Building on their earlier support to the Selection Questionnaire and Outline Solution phases of the internationally-trawled ID Manchester Development Competition, Steer Economic Development, partnering with AD Little, has been commissioned by the Bruntwood SciTech/Stanhope bid consortium to support their detailed response to the competition's 'Detailed Dialogue’ phase.

Our work is focusing on defining the framework of objectives to support the scheme over the next 20-25 years, defining the key performance metrics which will support the scheme and its associated Joint Venture entity, and developing the proposed activity plan for the 4.2m ft.² development.

A decision on scheme bids will be made in Summer 2021.
